INGREDIENTS
* 200 g chicken
* 1 medium onion
* 1 capsicum
* 2 tbsp garlic
* 2 tbsp ginger
* 2 green chillies
* 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
* 1 tbsp light soya sauce
* 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 2 tbsp oil
* salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
* Add salt and pepper to the diced chicken and leave it for 15 minutes
* Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken. Sear it over high flame for 3-4 minutes
* Set this aside.
* Add oil to the pan and heat it. Then add the ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute.
* Add the diced onion and capsicum. Saute for a 2-3 minutes on high flame
* Add the chicken pieces and cook for five minutes.
* Add all the three sauces and the chillies and mix .
* Add half a cup of water and cook
* Make a slurry of the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water.
* Add this to the pan.
* Once the gravy thickens, remove the pan.
* Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander.
