SHAPALE REVIEW:

I tried shapale for the first time here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. The chutney that is served with it was way too spicy so I just dipped a little into it. 
This dish is a perfect combination of ‘fried’, ‘meat’ and ‘pie’. Widely loved in Tibet, Shapale is made of bread stuffed with seasoned meat and cabbage, which is then fashioned into circular shapes and then deep fried.
