INGREDIENTS:
1. 2 large potatoes
2. Salt
3. Peri peri seasoning
4. Mayonaise
PROCEDURE:
1. Chop the potatoes and make fingers out of it.
2. Take water in a saucepan and add 2 tsp salt. Let it boil and then add the potato fingers.
3. Keep removing the starch( froth that settles on top) and then drain the water and let the fingers dry.
4. Now take a pan and add oil to it.
5. Fry the potato fingers in it until they become slightly brown.
6. Now double fry until they become golden brown.
7. Take them out in a bowl and add peri peri seasoning.
8. Enjoy with mayo.
