* 250 grams chicken
* 1 pinch red chilli powder
* 2 tablespoon coriander powder
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
* 2 tablespoon (curd)
* 2 green chilli
* 2 tablespoon INGREDIENTS
* tomato ketchup
* 1 tablespoon refined oil
* salt as required
MARINATION:
1. Take a bowl and mix chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd and salt together.
2. Debone the chicken and add in the above mixture.
3. Marinate for one hour.
FRYING:
1. Take a deep-bottomed pan and heat oil in it.
2. Put the marinated chicken pieces in the oil and shallow fry them till cooked or golden from both the sides.
3. Repeat the process and double fry the chicken pieces to make them more crispy.
4. Once done, add the green chillies and ketchup. Mix well and continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
