CARAMEL VANILLA PUDDING


INGREDIENTS:

1. Sugar
2. Water
3. 3 eggs
4. Milk
5. Vanilla essence

CARAMEL:

1. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp sugar to it. 
2. Add 2 tbsp water and stir well on high flame. 
3. Keep stirring until the mixture is thick.
4. Pour this caramel in a mould. (Baking container)

PUDDING:

1. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. 
2. Add 1/3 cup sugar 
3. Add 1-1.5 cup of milk. 
4. Mix well and pour this in the mould containing caramel. 
5. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 
6. Bake for about 45 minutes. 
7. Insert a knife halfway between centre and edge to check if it is ready. 
8. Cool it for 30 minutes. 
9. Cover it up and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before having.
