THREE LAYERS:

1. SPONGE CAKE(BASE)
2.CUSTARD
3.JELLY


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp custard powder
    2 tbsp sugar
    milk 500 ml
    1/2 packet jelly
    2 packet britannia cake

  • PROCEDURE:
  • 1. Take custard powder ,milk and sugar in a pan and mix it so no lumps are formed on medium flame. Cool it down
  • 2. Chop fruits and add to this.
  • 3. Take any flavored jelly( preferably strawberry or mango) and leave it to set.
  • 3. Take britannia cakes in a bowl and spread it as a base. Moisten this cake layer with sugar syrup or juice.
  • 4. Then add the custard on top of it. 
  • 5. Lastly spread jelly over it.
  • 6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • 8. OPTIONAL(add cherries and whipped cream over it before serving)
