💥💥BFF SPECIAL💥💥


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup sooji
    1/2 cup ghee
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 cup water
    3 tsp almond chopped
     2 tsp raisins(Optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • PROCEDURE:
  • 1. In a pan heat ghee. When it melts, add sooji on low flame. make sure the flame is very low.
  • 2. Keep roasting it for 30 minutes while make sure the colour turns golden brown.
  • 3. Add cashews and raisins to it. (You can add cashews and coconut as well)
  • 3. In a different pan, boil sugar, milk and water.
  • 4. When the sooji in pan 1 starts to leave some ghee, add the water mixture to it.
  • 5. Stir continuously to prevent lump formation.
  • 6. When the halwa starts to come away from the sides of the pan, turn off the gas flame.
  • 7. Garnish with almonds and serve!!
